Thursday 15/10/15 Hayling Island Residents Association (HIRA) AGM

All the Hayling Island Councillors were invited to speak at the HIRA AGM. I was asked to wear my chain and talk about the role of Mayor and my Mayoral year. Andy and I were pleased to attend and had the opportunity to speak to residents after the meeting.
