Visit to Open Sight Waterlooville – Monday 21st July

Open Sight has a network of clubs and groups across the County which offer an opportunity to meet and socialise with other visually impaired people in the area.

I was invited to attend the Waterlooville Open Sight meeting to welcome two cyclists who were cycling from Eastleigh and back again having covered 120 miles. They called in at all the Open Sight groups on route and I was able to welcome them and also spend time talking to users of the club.

This is obviously a lifeline to those unfortunate enough to be visually impaired and the club provides a very welcoming atmosphere.
