On Friday 20 June I attended the Rock Challenge held at the Guildhall, Portsmouth. The title probably does not do justice to the event as each school decides what theme they want to follow and creates dance and music around this. Well done to all the pupils from Purbrook Park School who were involved with the Rock Challenge on their success. The costumes were bright and cheerful but must have been very hot for those wearing them on a very hot night! I was delighted to be present when they received the award as first place winners on that night.
