This morning we were invited to perform the official re-opening of the O2 mobile phone store in Havant’s Meridian Centre.
The store has recently relocated from a much smaller unit almost opposite the much larger new shop, which is actually half of the old Bon Marche shop.
The new shop provides much more space for customers to move around. We were told by one lady that she can now go around the displays in her mobility scooter, rather than having to reverse out!
With more room upstairs for a staff room and a training facility, the franchisees expect to recruit more staff, and to introduce a small call centre.
