The annual Quiz Night hosted by the Hayling Island branch of the British Red Cross was held, as usual, at the Hayling Community Centre.
More than 20 teams took part in this eight round contest, with Elaine & myself being on a team consisting mainly of Red Cross volunteers.
Half way through the evening we were treated to a ploughman’s meal, followed by a raffle with more than 30 prizes.
At the end two teams had the same score, with the eventual winners, after a tie-break question, being the Quiz Whizzes.
