The Council Chamber at the Public Service Plaza was, once again, the setting for a very successful Quiz Night, this time with a St. Valentine’s day theme.

Fourteen teams, mainly with six players, took part in an eight round quiz, with the questions being set by Councillor Ray Bolton.

Half way through the evening, a very nicely prepared Ploughman’s Supper was served. Well fed, the teams then prepared themselves for the final four rounds of the quiz.
The eventual winners, on a tie-break question, were the team from the Havant Talking Newspaper.
After the presentation of prizes to bothe the winners and losers, the evening concluded with the usual raffle.
