From the Acorn Centre we went to CLIX furniture store at the Southern end of the Waterlooville precinct, where the events team from the Waterlooville Forum had taken over part of the shop to construct and decorate a very good Christmas Grotto.
Santa and his Helpers!
With very little time in which to find premises in which to establish the Grotto, the team were very grateful to the owner of CLIX who allowed them to convert part of his shop. Not only that, he also encouraged members of his staff to construct Santa’s sleigh.
While we were there several children brought their parents in to see Santa.
The Grotto will be open until December 24th from 10 am until 4 pm a short walk past Lloyds Bank.
