Coffee Morning Oct 3rd

This morning we held the second Coffee Morning of this Mayoral year at the Sacred Heart Church, London Road, Waterlooville.

Coffee & a chat.

With several stalls around the hall, there was a very good number of people who turned out to enjoy coffee and biscuits, and to be able to buy things like plants, home made cakes, knitwear and hand made greetings cards. There was also the ever popular raffle and the chance to win a Teddy Bear on the Royal Air Force Association stand. The very popular winner of this was Sister Margaret.

Also there were representatives from all four of my chosen charities, with The Samaritans and Cancerwise having stands, and FLASH and Smile Support & Care also coming along to make themselves known.
